Usage Suggestion

Morning: After showering or on clean skin, apply Morning Energy Body Oil with circular massage motions.

Throughout the Day: When you're distracted at the office or in your workspace, apply Focus & Balance Roll-On to your inner wrists and temples with circular motions, then inhale deeply to smell it.

Evening / As Needed: At the end of busy days, after sports, or during menstruation, warm Moon Comfort Solid Balm in your palm and massage it into your aching or tense areas.

Weekly Ritual: 1-2 times a week, add 2-3 tablespoons of Forest Bathing Bath Salt to a bathtub or a foot bath filled with warm water. Relax in the water for 15-20 minutes and enjoy the cleansing experience.
